Abstract

Studies about communication and interaction on health have great relevance for implementation and following up intervention programs at different assistential models. Taking place in a natural situation of work, requires a diversified methodology to grasp individual, grupal and institutional processes, as well as implies at multiple conceptual and practical challenges. Such social and academic interest for studies to improve health service, mainly those related to diadic and grupal interactions - professional interaction of health-user, user-user, professional-professional - establishes an research and practice agenda.Thus, for decades, many researchers, based on observational approach, have been developing interactive analysis systems on health. Aimming to help future investigations and spread ways for program evaluation, this study proposes a critical review of those initiatives, highlighting the brazilian ones.
