This article deals with the significance of educational institutions in adolescent psychological work, assuming that it necessarily includes relating to social and cultural aspects. It approaches the difficulties in the relationship between youngsters and school today, considering the changes in how knowledge is transmitted and acquired, as well as the current scenery where Modern institutions are weakened references in subjectivity processes. It poses a debate on the social inclusion of youngsters; taking into account that going through adolescence includes experiences provided by the school in its role as a primary institution for socializing children and youngsters. Departing from a previous research-intervention experiment, it presents possibilities of finding solutions to deadlocks in youngsters’ relations with education through the forming of adolescent reflection groups, where relations in schools and with schools can be debated, shared and remodeled.
