Abstract

The social and economic changes in contemporary capitalism changed the employment contracts. One result is the expansion of contractual, as the apprenticeship contract, which affects labor relations and organizational ties of workers. The objective of this research was to characterize the commitment of trainees with organizations licensors of probation. Participants were 22 active trainees in private organizations articulated by a Company Integration Center School. The data were obtained indirectly, through focus groups and documents. The trainees expressed that remains in the organization of training for instrumental reasons, the possibility of reward and accomplishment, because they work in pleasant surroundings and the transfer of knowledge to them. However, the trainees undertake in order normative; meet standards and perform activities required to repay what the organization did or do for them.
