Abstract

This article aims to analyze some of the effects of the neoliberal government of life in the contemporary, especially in Brazil, having as main reference the studies realized by Michel Foucault on the neoliberalism and the biopolitical devices of security. In order to do so, we use interventions from drug war policy, open scenes of use and users, as analyzers of neoliberal governmentality and its effects in contemporary Brazil.
