GONCALVES, Marianne Oliveira  and  VERAS, Renata Meira. The challenges of in specific supervised internships on school psychology. Arq. bras. psicol. [online]. 2019, vol.71, n.1, pp. 85-102. ISSN 1809-5267.  http://dx.doi.org/10.36482/1809-5267.ARBP2019v71i1p.85-102.

The article purpose was to analyze the psychology students' perception about the specific supervised internship challenges in the school, using a qualitative methodology. The material was collected through a semi-structured interview, and was later analyzed through the content analysis proposed by Bardin. According to the results, the school psychology challenges were the relationship with the school staff, expectations about the role of the psychologist, the change of activities and the obstacles present in the condition of internship (bureaucratic, symbolic and subjective issues). In general, the research corroborated other studies' results about the challenges of school psychology, being this a pioneering article when researching the professional internship.
