Participants of the study were accessed by Snowball sampling method. The sample was constructed by indication from the participants themselves. The main strategies and difficulties highlighted by the participants in their work with the combat of violence against women were analyzed. The main difficulties were pointed out as: the lack of State investment; the restructuring/fragmentation of the Network; individualization/self-personalization of the work.
