This paper traces the historical construction of Gestalt-therapy, with special attention in Fritz Perls, Laura Perls and Paul Goodman, like the main builders of this approach. A critical appreciation of this construction is made, based on cultural and historical context in which it was founded, placing the analysis in provocations about the revision of concepts and putting Gestalt-Therapy in direction of an approach that replaces the being in the world.
