This text proposes to present the main concepts of the thought of the Argentine philosopher Gunther Rodolfo Kusch and to demonstrate how they can be useful for the construction of a Phenomenological-Existential and/ or Humanist Psychology for the Latin American context. For that, the text briefly introduces the author's thought and, starting from his main concepts: mere-being, being and stay-being, demonstrates how they can be useful for thinking about the psychology in our context, especially that is dedicated to serving marginalized populations.
