Abstract

The article discusses results of a research investigation aims to map health practices developed in the everyday life of a public school in the city of Parnaíba-PI. Have your specific goals conceptions that underlie health practices developed by health and education in the school routine were understanding, as well as discussing the subjectivation processes touted by the practices of health in everyday school life. The research was a qualitative direction, articulating the research intervention and to cartography method. As data production procedure was used participant observation of health practices in school - locus, and semi -structured discussion wheel with the primary care and school professionals and interviews. The results indicate that the school area investigated is strongly restricted by health practices guided by biologicist concept, linking with disciplinary and biopolitical technologies of power that eventually brokering homogenizing processes of subjectivity. However, also highlight the mapping processes and resistance to displacement of these perspectives.
