By proposing a look at the phenomenon of crack use, based on the triangulation of perspectives of the various actors involved in care and attention, this research aimed to investigate the relationship between the family support perspective of crack users, family members and social workers ATITUDE Program, analyzing the possible implications of these perceptions in assisting users and their families. The methodology was mixed using the Family Support Perception Inventory (IPSF) with 46 users and a semi-structured interview with 8 respondents (IPSF), 12 technicians and four family members. The results pointed out: predominance of the perception of a low family support, evidenced in the quantitative analysis, being consonant with the speech of the other participants during the interview. Consistent with the literature, this study also found the predominance of maternal support and the influence of peers overlapping that of the family in the relationship between users with crack.
