Abstract

While the topic of school inclusion come gaining space in recent years, the specific issue of school inclusion of children that comply programs for young offenders still needs empirical studies in Brazil. This study aimed to then identify the discursive constructions linked to the school reintegration of pupils in fulfillment of programs for young offenders. For that interviews were conducted with adolescents who fulfill the programs, representatives of the schools that received the enrollment of these adolescents, and technical experts of the institution that supervises the fulfillment program. It was found a high degree of discrimination of this adolescents in schools, and the structuring of speeches blaming the teenagers themselves by the discrimination suffered.
