Abstract

AVELAR, Mariana Rossi  and  MALFITANO, Ana Paula Serrata. The proposition of the network articulation to public attention to children and adolescents. Pesqui. prát. psicossociais [online]. 2020, vol.15, n.2, pp. 1-15. ISSN 1809-8908.

This study attempt to investigate if and how a network articulation can help and guarantee social participation in the elaboration of an agenda of social policies based on the guarantee of the rights of children, adolescents and young people. Through the method of participant observation and interviews, in a local experience, we concluded that despite the fact we have fomented the debate on rights and made possible the participation of professionals, the form of organization to be effectively democratic needs to be revised in order to facilitate the participation of all social actors involved, including children, adolescents and young people.
