This report describes articulation and training among network actors, promotion and support of spaces for permanent discussion: intersectoral forums as a product of Projeto Redes, an initiative of the National Secretariat for Policy on Drugs and the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, in Betim / Minas Gerais. The project was presented with a view to strengthening the intersectoral network, inserting harm reduction as a care strategy, training of the actors and articulation of the intersectoral network. In the ten months of the Project (April to December 2016), the Forum was constituted Intersectoral attention to the drug user, which works monthly, discusses cases and promotes care. A collection of workers was created, responsible for discussing, monitoring and planning actions, strengthening discussion spaces, integrating technical areas, aiming to reduce social vulnerabilities and violence. Thus, the weaving of the intersectorial network was successfully configured, untying the critical nodes, with a view to the composition of public policies in the context of care in freedom.
