This study describes the psychologic problems of children and teenagers exposed to violence in the occupied territories of Palestine. The description is based on clinical investigations and epidemiologic studies in Gaza and West Bank which report that, the exposition to this traumatic events cause extreme anxiety, generalised fears and lost of self-confidence, guilt and feelings of being unprotected, patterns of hostile behaviour and expressions of aggressive attitude, increasing of fears and depression, psychosomatic and behaviour problems, irresponsability, intense fears of leaving the house, enuresis and stuttered, irritability and hiperactivity. Therefore, there is a direct relationship between the duration and intensity of the traumatic experience and the level of psychologic alterations.
