The present text brings questions on the role of the psychologist who acts on the juridical area related to cases of intra-family violence against children, approaching the importance of the link between parents and kids and the consequences resulting from this separation. The articulation between Law, Psychology and other fields involved in this problem is of extreme importance for new paradigms to be established concerning violence against children.
