This research aims to use the psycho dramatic method as a methodology of qualitative study on health. This work intended to identify aspects of the conditions and the organization of work of an automatized company and their influences on the worker’s health. The study made it possible to show the application of psychodrama in the study of man-work relationship, in the diagnostic as well as in the therapeutic. This work also intended to reveal the importance of working in groups and based on their manifestations, diagnose possible dangers to health. The basic ideas here presented were structured based on the theory of scientific literature about social representation and psychodynamic of work theory.
