This article mentions the psycotherapy attendance to internal adolescents private of freedom at Febem. On this way it has great resistance for bond establishment, as it seems to be another way of the Institution control, but that decreases when stating the therapeutical contract, firming the secrecy professional condition and the objective of the attendance, which concerns three moments. First, they can see themselves as "individuals" and not only as "crime citizens"; secondly, they can notice the “others” and face them with a different look and also the Institution rules, what reduces many conflicts; then, they go into a process of awareness and new values input. Finally, they feel safer and ready to think, to evaluate and to ponder. On the other hand, it has the difficulty to go on with the treatment when they leave Febem, what is the majority request.
