The proposal of this article is to make a study about the comics language through a transdiciplinar analysis covering the fields of psychology, communications and sciences of religion. Recent researches on comics have revealed many attributes of the comic’s language that may contribute for the development of the human being in both psychological and spiritual dimensions. The archetypical structures found in the mythical and symbolical language of the comics functions as a mediator between the reader’s conscience and his inner world. Consequently, they promote not only the elaboration of conflicts but also can help the individual to rescue a deeper spiritual meaning for his existence.
