In the work of social insertion at the open services of net Mental Health, the psychosis stabilization aids the increase of social net. So we will discuss the application of psychoanalysis in the mental health from the idea of solutions in the psychosis. After that we are going to articulate this point to the practice at the “Centros de Convivência”. Learning with the “auto-treatment” of the psychotic, we will pull out concepts for the orientation of psychiatric reform. At the end, we will link both areas - Psychoanalysis and Mental Health - from a case placed between the limits of the knowledge and the invention of the subject.
