The commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents is a phenomenon that occurs in a world-wide sphere and has mobilized diverse sectors of the society of some countries in the direction of if arguing directions to fight this cruel form of human being exploitation. In Brazil, the Legislative Inquiring Committee (CPI), which was carried through in 1993, was designated to investigate this phenomenon. This article presents the undertaken methodological passage in the analysis of the deponents` speeches of the CPI. The notes, understood as documents of public domain, besides being the expression of the "circulating ideas" on the sexual exploration against children and adolescents also allow revealing the dialectic tension of the subjectivity constitution.
