It's understood that the adolescent period, in our society, is surrounded by an aura that characterizes it a problematic. Therefore, trere are difficulties understanding this phase as an extremely productive one and seeks a mor positive view by everyone. A radio program directed to the adolescent public opens the possibility of a thuthful and open dialogue for all interested, making it easier to live in this phase of development by sharing infromation that will contribute to relevant questions commonly faced by these specifie population. It was by this premise that came about “É Contigo Mesmo”, a radio program that airs weekly on the University Radio, from Caxias do Sul, hoping to create a communication channel where the adolescents will be able to find comfort for their apprehensions. Also, this program offers a better understanding on this phase of development and may be helpful to the community in general on the adolescent's role in society.
