Children with multiple deficiencies and the groups. Is it possible to manage so many diferences? Deal, live with, communicate in the inside children’s universe with multiple deficiencies! Is this a possible task to do? What do teachers, psychologists, children and parents think of it? The purpose of this work is to present a description of a particular experience we had in a philanthropic school for children and deficient adolescents. Our intention is to give a report of the school from the beginning and how it looks at this moment, after some alterations done in its daily functioning. Starting from the observation of the work already done by occupational therapy, were all children worked in groups, had been organized groups of attendance, among them: with the users of the school and their respective parents. The questions we brought above will be answered after six months of group’s work achieve in this institution. Doubts will remain or shall we find answers to some of our inquietness.
