Resumen

The present text, on the basis of the winnicottian thought concerning the infantile schizophrenia argues this pathology unchained in the child, for the ambient imperfection. It points that, in the violent intrusion of the environment, the schizophrenia appears implying in a split of the personality interrupting the continuity of being of the child. Remaining in its proper internal world, without distinguishing internal reality from the external reality. It detaches the concern given for this author to the emotional state of the child, ahead of the occurred transformations during the initial periods of training of the life, covering a trajectory that it initiates in the absolute dependence, passes to the relative dependence, covering route to independence. Intent that for the constitution of an organized ego the baby does not abide it the absolute dependence or to the relative dependence. He evidences the lack of devotion excused to the baby as propitiator of the failure in the adaptation of the emotional necessities. The child acquiring a definite personality does not continue to depend on continuous cares, implying in disintegration. In general way, the related singularity the personal factors, in set with the imperfection in the lifting environment, will make the psychosis to appear.
