The purpose of this study is to reflect upon the importance of using the “Intermediate Object” in organizational psychodrama as an instrument of reduction of state of alarm, benefit of the warm-up for the establishment of bonds and also incentive to make the participants conflicts clear towards the context of work, which contributes for the emerge of manifestations of this relation. This study also presents examples of the application of this instrument and some of its results.
