The objective of the present article is to analyze the paper that plays the human factor in the development of the organizations within the special frame that lives the world century XXI in the heat of. The direction by objectives, the management of the human resources, the quality, the creation of values, the work in equipment by means of efficiency indicators, the qualification like means of management of the human talent, the psychological training partner that stimulate the active and conscious operation of the personality of the worker before the social exigencies; they gain every day greater space in the development of the enterprise language, in a context where it stops not to succumb before the iron competition, they are necessary encausadas strategic operations good, from the study and knowledge of the surroundings and the own potentialities of the organization.
