The complex task of management an institution where elderly people live, most of times, results in paradoxically, the last being neglegted, neither ar their rights obviated or not considerated, nor their fulfilmemt is properly evaluated. This paper will try to uncover situations where institutional mistrealments are naturalised by defining and intefying the problem, detecting specific situations and listing indicators in order to prevent these events from rappening.
