This research investigated if there are behaviors differences between boys and girls in the situation of joke, in structured spaces and no-structured spaces, made categories about the behaviors in different spaces, and investigated the same. It was utilized the observation in two stages: free observation for survey and observation of frequency of behaviors. It was observed 11 children, 05 boys and 06 girls, of the child school. It was noted the differences are confirmed by the literature, since the boys present behaviors about to discuss, to get attention, to attack, to play with body, to explore the environment, and stubbornness; and the girls present behaviors about to take care, to organize and to be assertive. The behavior of to imitation is more common in the boys, and that suggest a new research, because it would be common in both genders.
