The labor climate has S-state being used like variable to explain the satisfaction of the workers in marketing companies. Both variables for their measurement, analyses and investigation of the causal relation between an atmosphere of favorable work and the satisfactory performance of the employees are conceptúan. The descriptive data are exposed that indicate a favorable labor climate and a optimum labor satisfaction.
