When facing the I prescribe to problems like the death, the life, the freedom and the man's rights, and to give solutions, they concluded to a process of consideration about the good thing, the bad thing, the incorrect thing in the attitude of the I prescribe in front of them. Not it only exists a correct way to talk about the death. If the boy is not prepared to talk about the death, the best attitude in the parents and of people that take care of it it is to wait until he is. To provide information when the boy is not willing to frequently accept it it will provoke anger, distrust and emotional distance of the other ones. We think that the ethical principles and bioethics have a special connotation in the pediatric practice, because the relationships are not limited that of the doctor with the patient. Not we are prepared to face the human, and much less death to transmit this information to a boy.
