Abstract

CALVINO, Manuel. The non inclusive.: human resource managment at “all inclusive” hotels. Psicol. Am. Lat. [online]. 2008, n.15, pp. 0-0. ISSN 1870-350X.

The tourist industry in Cuba is of great importance to the economic development of the country. The “human factor” is right at the center of this development.  It is the workers who make it possible for tourism to become an industry capable of providing the economic, social and political returns that are needed. In this sense, the "management of human resources " occupies (should occupy) a top priority in the model of management. But is it so?. The author, with more than ten years of work linked to the sector, makes a series of disquisitions that he considers useful for those who, as professionals of the social sciences applied to the management practices, work in  the hotel and hospitality business.

Keywords : Human Resources; Hospitality business; Hotel management.
