Abstract

The present investigation, it seeks to know how it affects the strategies of the lateral thought in the creative solution of problems in an area organizacional; the study of I take in the Chamber Júnior Cochabamba. The lateral thought makes possible the creativity, the same one, is an urgent conduct in the totality of the area that it includes from the art, happening for the science and the company. A company that does not promote the development of the creativity in his members is destined for the postponement and delay. In this study I choose for a quantitative experimental methodology where I study to an experimental group and a group of control. To the experimental group I apply to him strategies of the lateral thought.  The application of strategies of the lateral thought in the experimental group comparatively to the group of control, provoked a significant increase of the level of creativity while solution of problems inside the organization, making possible fluid, flexible, elaborated and original solutions.
