This paper intends make a consideration about the results of genetical engineering in private development. To do so, we start from the Critical Social Psychology, considering to understand not only the phenomenon in its instrumental aspect, but, all the context in which the individual that is inserted, of the consumption market, of the diagnostic and treatments; with the proposal to present a contribution in such a way theoretical as political of the psychology. Finally, this work weaves some reflections on the question of genetical engineering and the possibilities to limits of emancipation.
