Mixed method research, through the sequential exploratory design with 43 health's professionals that work respectively in two hospitals of Santiago from Cuba and Havana City, as well as 11 relatives and 15 patients with End-Stage Renal Disease(ESRD) assisted in one of those centers, with the aim to determine the indicators for evaluate the grade of psychological rehabilitation reached by the patients, to identify approaches and perception that have patient, family and health staff regarding to achievement of the rehabilitation, as well as to validate the indicators and levels' organization through expert judge's criteria. The indicators with more levels of acceptance were social support, nutritious régime, clinical-humoral state, use of leisure time, employment or socially useful activity, self-care capacity and combination in rehabilitation interventions of medical treatment, diet, physical activity and psychological attention.
