We shall develop the questions related to the professional secret of the psychologist based on the international laws that can be applied on Argentina. Likewise we confront the Codes of ethics showing the shades that they present opposite to the obligation to support the confidentiality or to denounce the patient's actions. Finally, we differentiate the medical clinic of the psychological clinic in the relative thing to the subject on which the practices relapse.
