Abstract

MARTINS, Raonna Caroline Ronchi; CALIL, Thiago Godoi  and  ADORNO, Rubens de Camargo Ferreira. Perspectivas psicanalíticas e antropológicas a respeito das violências na "Cracolândia" em São Paulo, Brasil. Psicol. Am. Lat. [online]. 2017, n.29, pp. 174-191. ISSN 1870-350X.

From studies in the theme of drugs and the experience during field work carried out since 2004 in a region that has been configured as a public scene of use of crack in the last 25 years, the 'cracolândia', in the center of São Paulo, Brazil. The increasing presence of people using crack and occupying the public spaces presented changes in the living conditions of the local population, marked by an excess of physical and symbolic violence. Through ethnographic insertion and listening devices with a psychoanalytical framework, we aim to make explicit this contemporary issue in relation to the violence practiced, mainly by the State, to the spaces occupied by people who use drugs, as well as the frequency of people living on the streets.

Keywords : Anthropology; Psychoanalytic; drug abuse; public scene; human rights; violence.
