The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between cardiovascular health, psychosocial risk factors, psychological and physical well-being in a sample of employees in different organizations in Puerto Rico. Participants were 660 persons working at least 20 hours a week of which 39.8 % (263) were male and 57.9 % (382) were women, 18.6 % (123) occupied a managerial position, 79.4 % (524) had tenure, and 62.4% (412) worked for a private company. The results suggest a relationship between psychosocial risk factors, cardiovascular health, psychological and physical well-being. It was found that the physical symptoms and personal discredit seem to predict cardiovascular health, while bullying, organizational constraints, workload, job autonomy, and incivility predict anxiety levels, and finally, incivility and obstruction of progress seem to predict depression levels.
