When children’s and adolescents’ behavioral demonstrations are source of social concern or disorders in the city or inside families, politicians immediately appeal to scientific knowledge in order to put any device into practice, which allows to give a fast response to the uproar and to prevent the disorder afterwards. Inscribing itself in this general context, the organizer speech of childish problems prevention finds in perinatally its abutment. But what are the effects of becoming a parent and of the being in devir (tenho duvidas quanto a este termo mas foi o unico que encontrei para ser em devir) which is the social angst’s and the Other’s knowledge’s son, that permits to restrain it? What could be the ethical injunctions of a perinatally prevention politic based on a predictive approach about becoming a subject?
