Discourse as a social ties and the subjective phantasy are both attempts at regulating jouissance. During subjective constitution, it is the super-ego that is responsible for the internalization of social values. The unconscious is the Other´s discourse is the aphorism through which the ethics of psychoanalysis can be studied. The determinations generated by the symbolic place that awaits the newborn is exemplified by case studies of adolescents that committed acts against the law.
