The psychoanalyst's praxis settled in a space other than the office brings matters related to the conditions that make possible the beyond of speech produced by the consciousness. Matters that demand considering the analyst's place and his formation. At a general hospital, where psychoanalysis has been presenting itself and summoned by human suffering, I consider useful to privilege the formalization of the ethical issue that frequently questions us, which is deciding, in the presence of an analyst, up to where the subject wants to reach and even if he wants to reach somewhere.
