It has a consensus between athlete and teams techniques on the use of mental training for the attainment of excellent levels of income. This because as much literature, as the practical experience of the athletes has demonstrated how much if it can perfect a gesture technician or carry through one test with perfection since that it has been exhaustingly assayed previously. The objective of this work was to analyze as a Olympic medalist, of an individual modality, assimilated and organized the mental training throughout its sportive career, as much in situations of trainings as of competitions. The collection of data if gave by means of its history of life, in an physician-analytical model gotten by means of the impressions of the athlete regarding its career and the moments where it tried emotions uneven the respect of these experiences.
