The purpose of this paper is to analyze a teenager’s subjective senses of production during the process of sport specialization. This discussion isn’t new, but there is a special need of attention from sport psychologists, because there is a winner's exaltation in contemporary society. Our study’s analysis is based in the subjectivity considering a historical-cultural approach, considering the subject history, and all the activities that he participated as a complex production subjective that expresses in a particular form as in the social subjectivity as in the individual subjectivity, contributing for understanding the sports environment. The instruments used were: interviews, conversational dynamics; complement of sentences, during five months investigations of a group of triathlon athletes and their coach.
