Introduction. The importance of the paper of the trainer in the sport of initiation has been one of the topics most investigated in Psychology of the sport. The educational part of the sport is in many occasions forgotten by who they develop it. The ages between 14-18 years approximately, are most adapted to intervene, and are the teachers of physical education and the sports trainers the agents most prepared to transmit sports values inside the social area of the sport. Methodology. The information he has retired by means of the administration of a questionnaire sociodemográfico and sports, the Questionnaire CBAS and a questionnaire of attitudes unsporting and aggressive. Results. The awaited results indicate us the styles of leaderships of the trainers of the sample chosen between football players in age cadet and juvenile in a club of Murcia (Spain). On the other hand, we verify his relation between the characteristics of the sample with the aggressive and unsporting conducts. Conclusions. From the results measures appear to promote the sportsmanship and to anticipate the aggressive conducts in sports young women from the schools of football base, forming trainers.
