The people with disabilities have been faced to experience difficulty in obtaining, maintaining, or advancing in employment. For these reasons, it is necessary to study how the people in the workplace have seen and how they have received the disabled people. In Brazil, during 2007s, only 1% in 37.6 millions of employments was occupied by people with disabilities, according to official documents. The aim of this research was verified how the disability are seen by managers. Furthermore, it was verified if the beliefs and affection are correlated when the managers assess the work possibilities of people with disabilities.
