Abstract

Adaptation and the psychometric investigation of a set of executive tasks for evaluation of executive functions in preschool children. Psicol. pesq. [online]. 2008, vol.2, n.2, pp. 23-35. This work had as the principal objective the adaptation and the psychometric investigation of a set of executive functions tasks. Ninety-one children were included in this study selected from a random and demographicaly representative sample of a town of Minas Gerais state. The main results obtained were: the attainment of regional norms for a set of eight executive tasks, that the executive tasks selected are sensible at the sample’s performance to age, sex and school type and the performance of the children in tasks of executive functions gets better as they grow up.
