COSTA, Natália Meireles Santos da  y  AMORIM, Katia de Souza. Co-construction of locomotor flow in infant-peer interactive process. Psicol. pesq. [online]. 2018, vol.12, n.3, pp. 73-83. ISSN 1982-1247.  http://dx.doi.org/10.24879/2018001200300489.

Infant locomotor development is modulated by perceptual / social / interactive processes. However, articulation of these elements and their complexity in naturalistic environments of daycare, where infant-peers are important partners, is unclear. Thus, we aimed to study the interweaving of locomotor processes related to infant-peers interactions. Multiple case studies were conducted, based on historical-cultural approach, through video recordings analysis of infants in daycare. Two episodes are analyzed: one in which three babies crawl / stop depending on the movement of a ball; another in which cruising is hampered / reconfigured in the presence of peer. Attentional triangulation associated with motor (in)capacities impart different dynamics for movement, constituting a relational flow. Mediation of physical space and educational conceptions are discussed.

Palabras clave : child development; locomotion; interaction; child day care centers.
