Abstract

The aim of this study is to present the neuropsychological rehabilitation of a patient from the acute chronicle phase to post-TBI in order to present the differences of each stage. A case report of a severe TBI patient who sustained cognitive and behavioral deficits with great impact for his independence is presented. In the acute phase the main purpose of interventions is to monitor patient's behavioral evolution and give support to family and team. Later, the goals address difficulties presented on daily activities and limitations to community and vocational reintegration
