Bullying comprises different forms of aggression, intentional and repeated, perpetrated by one or more individuals towards others, within an uneven relationship. This study investigates the occurrence of bullying at school, considering aggressive and victimization behaviors, as well as prosocial characteristics of students from 5th and 6th grades in a private school in Canoas (RS, Brazil). The participants of this study were 143 students, of both genders, from 9 to 15 years old. Through Peer Assessment, it was found that 26,57% of the individuals have already been involved in bullying, while boys obtained higher scores in aggressive behaviors and victimization. The outcomes indicate the need to prioritize prevention strategies in educational set ings
