This article aims at reflecting about the cooperation clinic, intervention strategy based on the theoretical and practical reference from the psychodynamic of work, which aims at mapping the relationship between mental health and work. This is a theoretical-conceptual article, based by the authors' experience in cooperation clinic. In the beginning, it contextualizes the world of work and the approach of this study. Then the goal is to think over on the discussion space and other important conditions for the realization of this proposal clinic. Clinical cooperation is seen as a way to enhance the workers' mobilization processes that enable experiences of autonomy and transformation of the work organization. From this perspective, the article seeks to present it as micropolitic intervention strategy.
