This text searchs to show to the clinical conception and the functioning of the permanence-day of one Center of Psicosocial Attention in infanto-youthful-Capsi mental health, the city of Betim. The permanence-day is a device of complementary treatment to the individual attendance and aims at to make possible the shelter of the crisis, the adjustment of the medicine and the clarification of the diagnosis, amongst other objectives.
