Abstract

The aim of this research was identify the bases of the relationship that bind employees with disability to the organization where they work. Furthermore, it intends to analyze the possible connections among commitment, work conditions and satisfaction with working life factors. It was used the constructs of quality of working life, organizational commitment and actions of adequacy in practices and work conditions. The results indicate that the people with disability commitment and their satisfaction were associated with organizational aspects and they are not associated with the kind of disability or with difficulty to insertion in the work market. This result reinforces the importance of developing public policies that insure education and work to these people and organizational policies to maintain the quality of working life of these employees.
